Build the Initiative your Organisation can’t afford to Ignore
Why Rebel Leadership?
Every organisation is full of opportunities to improve performance, challenge outdated thinking and unlock new sources of growth. Yet many of those opportunities never progress beyond a good idea. They struggle to gain momentum, secure stakeholder support or survive competing priorities.
Rebel Leadership is designed for leaders who want to change that.
This programme develops the ability to identify business opportunities, mobilise stakeholders and turn bold ideas into business results. Rather than teaching leadership as authority or personality, it equips you with the practical tools to build commitment, challenge convention constructively and lead initiatives that create measurable commercial impact.
Whether you're championing a new strategy, improving a process, launching a product or reshaping customer experience, Rebel Leadership helps you move from opportunity to execution with greater confidence, credibility and influence.

Turn nonconformity into strategic opportunity. You’ll identify where established ways of working may be limiting performance, growth or customer value, and assess whether challenging convention could create meaningful competitive advantage. You’ll define the opportunity worth pursuing, the convention that needs challenging and the value your initiative could create.
Build the commercial case for your initiative by connecting it to the outcomes that matter. You’ll explore how leadership choices can influence revenue, retention, reputation and market value, determine how your case needs to shift for different stakeholders, and define how its business impact will be measured.
Bring your opportunity, leadership approach, influence strategy and commercial case together into a focused course of action. You’ll also confront the limits and risks of constructive challenge, including resistance and the organisational cost of nonconformity, as you build your draft 90-Day Rebel Leadership Plan.
