Skill gaps in the workplace
Red & Yellow is in a constant state of evolution; we’re always seeking out ways to improve and add greater value to our students and grow their careers. A large part of our ethos is built around future-proofing our students; equipping them with the knowledge and skills that will give them a competitive advantage for years to come.
Our education team has developed a Skills Gap survey (see below) to determine what skills shortages there are at present; and if so, what the predominant themes are, and if there is a potential misalignment between industry expectations and graduate readiness.
Another way in which we future-proof Red & Yellow alumni is by instilling into them the philosophy of life-long learning. And, in line with this, it’s very important for us to offer education that is not only industry-relevant but in demand.
If you are in Human Resources, Talent Management or are any way involved in the hiring process of new recruits, this survey is for you. Once our research has concluded, we will share the findings with all respondents which will give you insights into other industry sectors.
As a token of our gratitude, each respondent will receive a R2000 voucher towards any of our online courses to upskill someone in your organisation. The survey will take approximately 15 – 20 minutes.
