  1. How has Red & Yellow contributed to shaping your career success?
One of Red & Yellow’s strengths is that it simulated the working environment of an ad agency as closely as possible, so I was able to go into the workplace with practical experience. The way it taught me how to approach a brief gave me an edge.
  2. What is the first thing that stands out from your time with us?
“Be a sponge” – that’s a quote that sits on the walls of Red & Yellow and influenced my approach to advertising. That and being taught by industry legends, among them Brian Searle-Tripp and Allan Raaf.
  3. What do you believe is critical for career success in the 21st Century?
The ability to adapt to an ever-changing ad landscape is key. While technology changes, the power of the idea is still paramount; being able to come concepts and figure out how it can be best conveyed to consumers is a critical skill.
  4. What is your superpower?
I can tell you the names of actors from old or obscure movies and TV shows. I don’t know how I do it – I just do.
